2025 ALMA Imaging Workshop Successfully Held

The ALMA Imaging Workshop 2025 was organized by the ALMA Regional Center (Taiwan-ARC) at ASIAA and the Taiwan Astronomical Research Alliance (TARA). The workshop aimed to encourage astronomers in Taiwan, particularly new users, to utilize ALMA for their scientific research. Held on February 13–14 at ASIAA, the event attracted 49 participants.
Workshop Goals
The program covered key topics, including:
- ALMA data structure
- Analysis and imaging tools
- Pipeline calibration and imaging weblogs
- ALMA archival services
In addition to presentations and discussions, the workshop featured hands-on sessions designed to help participants become familiar with the ALMA imaging process.
